Password Changes:

Existing customers that were migrated over from our previous platform will need to note that on your first returning visit your password will be PASSLastname

The password is now case sensitive and your password was created automatically during migration using PASS (all caps) plus your Lastname (first letter caps) i.e. if your last name is customer then your password will be PASSCustomer

Please visit your My Account area and change your password upon your first returning login.

Store Credit Changes:

Previously our store system used "Store Credits" however we will now be using "Reward Points" in order to reward customer loyalty. We feel that this is a fair and more reasonable way to reward customers for being loyal. Watch for more details in next months Newsletter.

Previous Orders:

We apologize for any inconvenience but during our platform migration we were unable as of yet to migrate previous orders into the new system. We do have records of previous orders and are working on way to load them into the new system. If you need any records prior to completion please feel free to email info@hngwholesale.com to request a copy of your previous orders.
