Where can I find tracking information on my orders?

  • Login to your account here.
  • Click the Date for the invoice/receipt of the order you wish to view tracking on.
  • In the Shipping Tracking box click the 18 digit tracking number. This will take you to a notice screen that you should read and then accept or decline. Warning: Declining will deny you access to your tracking information. We apologize for any inconvenience however we want to remain completely compliant with any policies of UPS that allows us to show you tracking from within our website.
  • Once you accept the terms and services provided by UPS then a new screen will appear within our website showing the details of the shipping in progress.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days except during heavy shipping seasons (i.e. Christmas). During high volume shipping times we will post a shipping chart.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive using a ground shipping service. UPS or USPS will be used for the majority of all orders unless another service can provide a faster delivery with competitive prices.

Can I get Rush shipping?

Rush delivery is available for a charge of $20 within the United States except to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam. For Rush deliver to one of these areas please contact customer service prior to placing your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

No. Currently we only ship within the United States of America and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam and Canada will incur higher shipping costs due to the higher shipping costs charged by the shipping carrier. Canada may incur additional fees included in their shipping as required by their laws (i.e.Shipping and Handling, Duties, and GST). Some items with excessive weight can only be shipping in the continental United States.

Do you drop ship orders?

Yes. We deliver to Gift Recipients. There are no additional fees for drop shipping your order. We do not deliver outside of the United States and Canada (Canada will incur much higher shipping rates)
